Rolf Koski
CTO, Chairman & Co‑founder
CTO, Chairman and co-founder of Elexive, with a passion for turning complex technology into something that feels simple, human, and purposeful. I've spent my career designing systems that scale, advising leaders on digital strategy, and exploring how AI can unlock new ways of working. I believe leadership is about clarity, trust, and the courage to act before everything is perfect. Drawing on a lifelong background in music alongside my work in technology, I approach every challenge with a balance of structure and creativity, discipline and improvisation.

Henri Peltomäki
CEO & Co‑founder
CEO and co‑founder of Elexive and lifelong believer in collaboration, transparency and honesty. I help teams grow momentum and turn complex challenges into clear purpose. I spent over a decade in FMCG leading sales, brand and strategy for global names like Red Bull, Diageo and Anora and deepened my strategic thinking through an Executive MBA at Aalto EE. My leadership is about giving space for experimentation, learning from mistakes and moving forward when things are 60‑70 percent clear rather than waiting for perfect certainty. Whether I am crossing the Atlantic by sailboat or training for a full Ironman, I approach work and life with curiosity resilience and a forward‑looking mindset.
