Elexive started with a question two founders couldn't shake: why does strategic intelligence expire? Why do companies start from scratch with every new advisor, every new engagement, every new quarter?
This is the story of how a technology leader and a brand strategist met, discovered they shared the same frustration, and decided to build something that didn't exist yet.
From Parallel Paths to Shared Purpose
Elexive was born at the intersection of two distinct yet complementary career arcs.
Rolf Koski, an AWS Hero, strategist, and technology leader, had spent two decades shaping cloud ecosystems and driving innovation in AI and digital infrastructure.
Henri Peltomäki, meanwhile, built his reputation leading iconic global brands like Red Bull and Diageo, mastering the craft of growth, positioning, and emotionally intelligent leadership.
Both had seen how companies struggle with the same problem: too much information, not enough intelligence.
The Pivot
They met while both were in the midst of a professional pivot, at the hallways of Aalto University School of Business in Helsinki, reexamining what impact and legacy meant in a rapidly changing world.
Despite their different histories, they shared a common frustration: companies drowning in data but starving for clarity. Too many dashboards, not enough direction. Too many meetings, not enough decisions that stick.
