From Parallel Paths to Shared Purpose
Elexive was born at the intersection of two distinct yet complementary career arcs.
Rolf Koski, an AWS Hero, strategist, and technology leader, had spent two decades shaping cloud ecosystems and driving innovation in AI and digital infrastructure.
Henri Peltomäki, meanwhile, built his reputation leading iconic global brands like Red Bull and Diageo, mastering the craft of growth, positioning, and emotionally intelligent leadership.

The Pivot
They met while both were in the midst of a professional pivot, at the hallways of Aalto University School of Business in Helsinki, reexamining what impact and legacy meant in a rapidly changing world.
Despite their different histories, they shared a common dissatisfaction with how leadership was practiced: too much noise, not enough clarity; too much rigidity, not enough humanity.
