Strategic Delivery Lead

About This Role

You’ll lead our managed service for leadership - the human layer that makes Brain valuable. You’re not a traditional consultant who delivers a deck and leaves. You’re a strategic partner who shows up every week, understands the CEO’s context, and helps turn clarity into action.

This is the role that proves our core thesis: AI-augmented humans deliver better outcomes than either alone.

What You’ll Do

Weekly Co-Creation Sessions:

• Facilitate strategic working sessions with leadership teams
• Use Brain platform + AI tools to synthesize insights in real-time
• Challenge thinking, create clarity, drive decisions
• Turn strategic intent into executable momentum

Continuous Engagement:

• Build deep understanding of each client’s context, pressures, and goals
• Track strategic initiatives and provide ongoing support
• Coordinate ecosystem partners when specialized expertise is needed
• Ensure compounding value - each session builds on the last

Delivery Innovation:

• Shape how we deliver managed services at scale
• Develop playbooks and methodologies that compound
• Train AI systems on successful engagement patterns
• Help define what “10-person, €100M” delivery looks like

Why This Role Matters

Traditional consulting doesn’t scale. You either add more people (low margins) or productize into software (lose the human touch). We’re building a third way: AI-augmented advisory that scales through technology while maintaining human judgment.

Location & Work Arrangement

Hybrid based in Tampere or Helsinki with flexibility for remote work. Some client travel within Nordics expected. Remote candidates in Nordic countries considered for exceptional fit.

This is an international role and the working language is English.
