About This Role
The Head of Sales/Business Development is the commercial driver building new client relationships and strategic partnerships. You’ll lead our sales efforts, develop new business opportunities, and help scale Elexive’s consulting practice.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue growth in the consulting space.
Location & Work Arrangement
Hybrid work based in Tampere or Helsinki with flexibility for remote work and extensive client travel.
This is an international role and the working language is English.

What We're Looking For
Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
Experience selling consulting services or professional services
Strong network in business leadership and decision-maker circles
Ability to build relationships and close complex deals
Strategic mindset to identify and pursue growth opportunities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work closely with founders and influence company direction
