You’ll build Wisdom - our proprietary intelligence layer of Signals, Players, and Markets. This is the compounding moat that makes Elexive valuable. Generic AI knows everything generally. We know YOUR industry deeply.

This isn’t traditional market research. You’re building living datasets that accumulate value over time, powered by AI but curated by human judgment.

What You’ll Build

Signals:

• Market trends, technology shifts, regulatory changes
• Early indicators that leadership teams need to track
• Pattern recognition across industries and geographies

Players:

• Competitive intelligence on market participants
• Strategic moves, positioning, and capabilities
• Network maps of who matters in each ecosystem

Markets:

• Industry dynamics and segment analysis
• Market structure and evolution patterns
• Opportunity identification and threat assessment

How You’ll Work

AI-Augmented Research:

• Use agentic retrieval systems to gather information at scale
• Apply human judgment to filter signal from noise
• Structure and synthesize findings into actionable intelligence
• Build systems that compound - each research cycle makes the next easier

Continuous Curation:

• Maintain and update existing datasets
• Identify gaps and prioritize new research areas
• Collaborate with delivery team to understand client needs
• Develop methodologies that scale through automation

Location & Work Arrangement

Fully remote with preference for European time zones. Asynchronous work by default, with regular sync points with the team.

This is an international role and the working language is English.
